1. Coverage Area

We fulfill orders to the United States and European countries. We do not ship to other regions at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

3. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 6 to 12 business days from the moment the order is shipped. This timeframe may vary depending on destination, customs processes, or logistical conditions.

4. Tracking

We will send a tracking code via email as soon as the order is shipped. Use this code on the carrier's website to follow the delivery progress.

5. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

In some European countries, customs fees or local import taxes may apply. The customer is NOT responsible for any customs fees charged by the destination country. Mr. Owloo will cover any customs-related costs.

6. Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Local holidays;

  • Adverse weather conditions;

  • High order volume.

7. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided, any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please verify your address before completing the purchase.
