1. Request Deadline

You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition, without signs of use, whenever applicable;

  • Preferably in the original packaging;

  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

3. Non-Eligible Items

Products damaged due to misuse, clearly used items, or items sold on promotion/clearance (when indicated) may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Process

  • Send an email to hello@mrowloo.com with your order number and the reason for the return;

  • After approval, we will send instructions for returning the product and proceeding with the exchange;

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, except in cases of Mr. Owloo error, defective products, tampered packaging, or items that do not match the description on the website;

  • After receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue the refund through the original payment method (bank processing times may vary).
